Mr. Choi Ho-man, Music Director of the Pro Arte Orchestra of Hong Kong, is a Hong Kong-born conductor who has conducted numerous orchestras across three continents. Mr. Choi has served as Conductor-in-Residence of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, Artistic Director of the Brymington Symphony Orchestra, and Assistant Conductor of the Indiana-Columbus Philharmonic Orchestra. He has collaborated with many renowned musicians, including pianist Chan Man-wing and cellist Wang Jian. He has conducted the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra in recordings for several prominent record labels, including Warner Music.

Mr. Choi is a recipient of the Special Mention Award at the Juzangsong International Young Conductors Competition and studied string conducting at the Indiana University School of Music, earning a Master of Music degree. During his studies, he was mentored by Boudner, Ivory, Barrow, and guest conductor Masoya. In 1999, he and five other young conductors were selected by the Manhattan School of Music to study under Magau and Manhanna. In 2002, Mr. Choi received a diploma of excellence at the Suti International Conducting Competition, becoming the first Hong Kong conductor to receive this honor.

In his work with classical music, Mr. Choi has served as a program host for RTHK Radio 4 and has frequently been invited by government departments and educational institutions to host various music education programs and perform a series of beautiful and educational concerts, introducing classical music to over 150,000 primary, secondary, and tertiary students.

Pro Arte Orchestra of Hong Kong的音樂總監蔡浩文先生，是香港出生的指揮家，曾指揮多個樂團，範圍遍及三大洲。蔡氏曾任香港管弦樂團駐團指揮、美國布林明頓交響樂團藝術總監、以及印第安納哥倫布愛樂團助理指揮等。蔡氏曾與多位名音樂家合作，包括鋼琴家陳萬榮、大提琴家王健等。他曾指揮香港管弦樂團為多個著名的唱片品牌灌錄唱片，包括華納唱片等。


蔡氏為具藏松國際青年指揮家大賽特別表揚獎得主，並在美國印第安納大學音樂學院修習弦樂指揮，考獲音樂碩士學位。就學期間，師承鮑德納、艾弗龍、巴羅及該校的客席指揮馬素亞。1999年和另外五名青年指揮獲曼克頓音樂學院選中，隨馬高和曼漢納習藝。2002年，蔡氏更獲蘇提國際指揮大賽優異文憑，成為第一位獲該項殊榮的香港指揮家。

在握廣古典音樂工作上，蔡氏曾任香港電台第四台的節目主持，也常獲政府部門及教育機構的邀請，主持多個音樂教育計劃，並演出一系列既動聽兼別具教育意義的音樂會，向超過15萬名中、小及大專學生介紹古典音樂。
